基于网络时间同步的罗兰C发播基准监测系统设计

Design of Loran-C transmitting reference monitoring system based on network time synchronization

  • 摘要: 针对现有罗兰C(Loran-C)发播基准监测系统不稳定,在恶劣天气和复杂电磁环境下容易失效的现状,提出了一种基于网络时间同步的发播基准监测方法. 该方法的时刻信息来自有线内部网,测量信号来自共视设备同步后的原子钟守时秒脉冲和发射机的组触发脉冲(group trigger pulse, GTP)信号,采用实时测量加推算的方法实现发播基准的监测. 同时根据该方法开发了上位机软件用于发播基准的监测,由于该方法采用有线信道信息和本台站守时信号,具有稳定性高不易被干扰的特点,有效提高了台站发播基准监测的安全性和可靠性.

     

    Abstract: Given that the existing Loran-C transmission reference monitoring system suffers from instability and tends to malfunction under severe weather conditions and complex electromagnetic environments, this paper proposes a transmission reference monitoring method based on network time synchronization. The time information of the proposed method is obtained from the wired internal network, while the measurement signals are generated by the second pulse signal of the atomic clock timekeeping system synchronized via common-view equipment and the group trigger pulse (GTP) signal of the transmitter. Transmission reference monitoring is realized through a combination of real-time measurement and data calculation. Corresponding upper computer software is also developed to support the monitoring work. Adopting wired channel data and local station timekeeping signals, this method boasts high stability and strong anti-interference performance, which substantially enhances the safety and reliability of transmission reference monitoring for ground stations.
