Abstract:
Because the signal structure of satellite navigation signals is open and the signal modulation mode is open, it is relatively easy to influenced by various intentional and unintentional interference signals. With the large-scale promotion and application of the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) in all walks of life, the vulnerability of the BDS to deception jamming is very likely to affect the application security of important industries. In recent years, GNSS deception jamming incidents have been emerging and anti-spoofing and anti-jamming technologies are also developing, but there is still a lack of research on the assessment indicators and methods of deception jamming and anti-spoofing effectiveness. This paper investigates the typical application modes and performance index requirements of GNSS systems in major industries, clarifies the constraint boundaries of the performance of spoofing and anti-spoofing technology, studies and gives the assessment indicators and methods of anti-spoofing effects applicable to BDS public service signals and their typical application modes, establishes the corresponding performance assessment index system, and proposes corresponding technical test assessment methods in combination with typical application scenarios, so as to provide reference for the experimental assessment of anti-spoofing technology.
